1. Service and Product Procurement:
We strive to procure the best products available in the market for our clients and ensure that all products delivered are genuine and of high quality. All products come with a standard warranty, the terms of which may vary depending on the product manufacturer.
2. Liability for Product Failures:
While we endeavor to provide top-notch products, we are not responsible for any failures or defects in products supplied by third-party manufacturers. Clients may directly claim warranty or seek assistance from the product company in case of any product failure.
3. Installation Liability:
During installation, if any damage occurs to existing infrastructure, we shall not be held liable. Similarly, we are not responsible for any damages or failures of existing products after our service has been rendered.
4. Payment Terms:
Clients are required to make payments in a timely manner as per the terms agreed upon in the quotation provided. Based upon market conditions, we reserve the right to change or revise the quotation at any point before payment. Additionally, any additional costs incurred, such as shipping, additional manpower or consultation, transportation, food and lodging, and miscellaneous expenses, shall be borne by the client.
5. Work Order Revisions:
In the event that the client revises or changes the work order, we reserve the right to cancel the order or apply penalties as deemed appropriate.
6. Dispute Resolution:
Any legal disputes arising between APS Telco & Network IT Solutions and our clients shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
7. Amendment of Terms:
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the users to review the terms periodically.
